Application and Organization
This Privacy Policy applies to the application trustSYSTEM (available at https://trust.connectchief.com), developed and operated by ConnectChief (https://connectchief.com). This page describes how trustSYSTEM accesses, uses, stores, shares, protects, retains, and deletes Google user data when a business owner connects a Google account for YouTube features, and how we handle other personal information used to operate trustSYSTEM.
trustSYSTEM uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your Google / YouTube account to trustSYSTEM, you agree to this Privacy Policy, the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Data Retention and Deletion of Personal Information and Google User Data
Google user data obtained through Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API is personal information. The following retention and deletion practices apply to that personal information.
We store your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with our business purposes.
We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, we will delete or destroy it.
You may request for your data to be deleted by:
- Disconnecting YouTube in your trustSYSTEM dashboard at trust.connectchief.com
- Revoking trustSYSTEM access in your Google Account at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- Emailing [email protected] with the subject line Google user data deletion request (include your business name and account email)
- Requesting closure of your trustSYSTEM business account by emailing [email protected]
After disconnect, revocation, account closure, or a completed deletion request, we will delete or destroy Google user data we store (OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and YouTube channel linkage) from our systems as soon as possible and within 7 days.
What Google User Data Is Accessed by trustSYSTEM
Our application will access the Google user data you authorize when you connect YouTube in trustSYSTEM. We may collect, or process on behalf of our customers, the following categories of Google user data when you use or interact with our products and services:
- Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
- YouTube channel information, including channel ID, channel title, and channel URL
- Permission to upload videos to your connected YouTube channel (customer video reviews you choose to publish)
We request these Google OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly— to read YouTube channel information so we can link your trustSYSTEM business to the correct channelhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload— to upload video review content to your connected YouTube channel when you enable publishing
We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or Google Business Profile data through this OAuth connection. Connecting a public Google review URL in trustSYSTEM is separate from Google OAuth and does not grant us access to your Google account.
How trustSYSTEM Uses Google User Data
We will use your Google user data to provide you with the services you requested — specifically YouTube channel connection and publishing of customer video reviews to your channel through trustSYSTEM.
- OAuth tokens — used only to authenticate YouTube Data API requests on your behalf and to refresh access when tokens expire
- YouTube channel information — used to associate your trustSYSTEM account with your channel, show connection status, and route uploads correctly
- Video upload permission — used only to upload customer video reviews to your connected channel when you enable that feature
We will not sell your Google user data to third parties, but we may share it with partners who help us provide our services (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers), under contracts that require confidentiality and limited use.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features of trustSYSTEM. We do not use Google user data for:
- Targeted advertising, personalized, retargeted, interest-based, or user advertisements
- Selling to data brokers or providing to information resellers
- Determining credit-worthiness or lending purposes
- Creating unrelated databases
- Training non-personalized AI and/or ML models, or training generalized AI/ML models
With Whom We Share, Transfer, or Disclose Google User Data
We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided in this Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell Google user data
- We may share Google user data with hosting and infrastructure providers that process it solely to operate trustSYSTEM
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, credit or lending decisions, or AI/ML model training
How We Protect Google User Data
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your Google user data.
We use encryption to protect your information — Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, and data in transit is protected with SSL / TLS.
Data Retention of Google User Data
We store your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with our business purposes. This includes Google user data we obtain when you connect YouTube in trustSYSTEM.
We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, we will delete or destroy it.
Data Deletion of Google User Data
You may request for your Google user data to be deleted at any time. In addition to trustSYSTEM’s normal deletion procedure, you can revoke this application’s access to your data via the Google security settings page.
You may request for your data to be deleted by:
- Disconnect in trustSYSTEM: Remove the YouTube connection from your business dashboard at trust.connectchief.com. This starts deletion of stored OAuth tokens and channel linkage for that business.
- Revoke in Google Account: Go to https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, select trustSYSTEM (or the name shown on the Google consent screen), and choose Remove access.
- Email us: Write to [email protected] with subject Google user data deletion request, and include your business name and trustSYSTEM account email. We will confirm when deletion is complete.
- Close your account: Email [email protected] to request trustSYSTEM account closure; associated Google user data will be deleted or destroyed within 7 days.
After you disconnect, revoke access, close your account, or we complete your deletion request, we will delete or destroy Google user data (OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, and YouTube channel linkage) from our production systems as soon as possible and within 7 days. We will not use your tokens to access Google APIs after deletion is processed, except as needed to complete deletion or comply with law.
Limited Use and Google API Services User Data Policy
ConnectChief’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only as described in this Privacy Policy and only to provide or improve user-facing features you request (YouTube connection and publishing). We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI and/or ML models.
Other information trustSYSTEM collects (not Google OAuth)
The following is not Google user data. It is collected to operate trustSYSTEM as a review platform and is kept separate from YouTube OAuth tokens.

We do not use this non-Google information to train generalized AI/ML models from Google API data. Review media may be processed (for example transcription or privacy blur) only to provide the review features you use.
