1. Overview & YouTube API Services Notice

This Privacy Policy describes how trustSYSTEM ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by ConnectChief, accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, retains, and deletes user data when a business owner connects a Google or YouTube account to our platform.

trustSYSTEM uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your Google or YouTube account to trustSYSTEM, you agree to be bound by:

2. What Google User Data Is Accessed by trustSYSTEM

When you authorize trustSYSTEM via Google OAuth, we access only the data strictly necessary to provide YouTube channel connection and review video publishing:

  • Google OAuth Credentials: Access tokens and refresh tokens required to authenticate YouTube Data API requests on your behalf.
  • YouTube Channel Metadata: Channel ID, channel title, and channel URL to link your trustSYSTEM business profile to the correct YouTube channel.
  • Video Upload Permissions: Authorization to upload customer video review files to your connected channel upon your explicit action.

Requested Scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — Used to retrieve channel profile information to verify account linkage.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — Used exclusively to publish customer video reviews to your channel when you enable publishing.

We do NOT access, collect, or process data from Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or Google Business Profiles through this OAuth connection.

3. How We Use Google User Data

We use your Google user data strictly to provide and improve user-facing features of trustSYSTEM—specifically, connecting your YouTube channel and uploading approved customer video reviews.

Strict Prohibitions on Data Use:

  • We do NOT sell your Google user data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
  • We do NOT use Google user data for targeted, personalized, interest-based, or retargeted advertising.
  • We do NOT use Google user data to train non-personalized, generalized, or commercial Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
  • We do NOT use Google user data to assess creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing & Transfers

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to third parties for independent or commercial purposes.

Google user data is accessible only to our essential hosting and cloud infrastructure service providers (e.g., database and security infrastructure) operating under strict contractual confidentiality obligations, processing data solely on our behalf to operate trustSYSTEM.

5. Security of Google User Data

We enforce rigorous technical and administrative safeguards to protect your Google user data:

  • Encryption at Rest: All Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
  • Encryption in Transit: All communications between trustSYSTEM, Google APIs, and end-users are transmitted over secure SSL/TLS (HTTPS) encryption.

6. Data Retention Policy

We retain Google user data only for as long as your YouTube account connection remains active in trustSYSTEM.

7. Data Deletion & Revoking Access

You can request or trigger complete deletion of your Google user data at any time using any of the following methods:

  1. Disconnect in trustSYSTEM: Navigate to your trustSYSTEM business dashboard at https://trust.connectchief.com and remove the YouTube connection. This immediately initiates token deletion.
  2. Revoke Access via Google Security: Revoke trustSYSTEM access directly at any time via Google Security Settings.
  3. Email Request: Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line Google User Data Deletion Request including your business name and account email.
  4. Account Termination: Request complete trustSYSTEM account closure by contacting [email protected].

Upon disconnect, revocation, or account deletion request, all associated OAuth tokens and channel linkage records are permanently destroyed from our production systems within 7 days.

8. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure

trustSYSTEM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
